Machine embroidery is an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create designs on garments. The whole process is may consist of hundreds of thousands of stitches. It is very popular and used on wool, satin, cotton and leather materials. We take any customized artwork and draw digital designs covering all details. Then embroidery machine under supervision of operators transfer digital designs on to fabrics. This process can be done on unsown and sewn garments. We use 1/2 zip-out lining on wool and leather jackets that allows you to perform digital embroidery on the finished jacket.
Felt is a textile material that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing fibers together. We create felt patches by cutting felt using laser cut machine. Then stitch top layer of felt with embroidered jump border or zigzag on to other piece of felt. These patches are suitable for names, numbers and initials on varsity letterman jackets and hoodies.
Sublimation Printing is very poplar method to print high quality images onto various types of fabrics (Such as polyester satin, soft-shell & poly fleece). We print digital artwork on transfer paper and then transfer the ink-design onto cloth using heat transfer. This allows the ink and transfer material to move into the gas state. Once the ink and transfer material are in a gas state, they permeate the fibers of the substrate material. This is very useful technique to achieve unique patterned satin jackets hoodies and sweatshirts.
